At Outlaw Offroad, we sell and install some of the best brands in the industry.  But, nothing is perfect.  No part is perfect.  Things happen!  And when those things happen, you cannot have your vehicle down for days, or even weeks, waiting on the manufacturer to evaluate a warranty claim and get you a replacement part.  Also, manufacturer warranties have loopholes and fine print that may mean you have no parts warranty at all.  That's where we come in.  The BUILT TO LAST warranty fills that hole.  If you have a parts issue, we step in for you and deal with the manufacturer.  No waiting for claims evaluations.  We will simply replace the part and get you rolling again.  No need to contact the manufacturer.  No need to send them pictures and wait for response.  No need to call and explain what happened, although you can tell us what happened if it's a cool story.   

Simple, buy it!  No, seriously, that's it.  For a charge of 10% of the parts cost, you are covered for the full 3 years, 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.  No need to keep your receipt or "warranty papers".  We will keep up with all that and make sure you are covered.  No questions asked! 

The BUILT TO LAST warranty on parts lasts for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.  It is NOT transferable and it is a one time part replacement.  However, you CAN purchase another warranty on the replacement part at another 10% charge and get a fresh warranty period.  

Congrats!  You must have been out there living life the Outlaw way, proving it on the trail.  So, ya, you're covered.  Wheel worry free!  But try not to break it so bad you can't get to us for that warranty, ok?

Yep, you can get coverage on tires, too.  It does work a bit different, though.  On tires, the warranty is based on tread life, not mileage or time.  If the tire is able to be repaired, we will cover it for the life of the tire.  If the tire cannot be repaired, we will base our coverage off the amount of tread left.  If the tread is over 50% of the original tread depth, you are covered.  If the tread is under 50% of the original tread depth, we will pro-rate the coverage based on the original cost of the tire.  This amount will be credited to you, toward the purchase of a new tire from Outlaw Offroad.  We made a pretty example of how to figure this out below.  Check it out.  

This is a parts warranty program only.  Labor is not covered.  However, you still get our 2 year / 24,000 mile labor warranty on all installs at no charge.  That means, if at any point during the coverage period, our installation and/or labor causes a part failure, the labor to replace that part is covered.  Labor is not covered if it is not directly related to our work.   

This print is the same size as the rest of the print, so is it really "fine print"?  Let's talk about it anyway.

This warranty is NOT transferrable.  

The warranty is valid for a ONE TIME replacement of the covered part.  

The warrantied part becomes the property of Outlaw Offroad.

The warranty does NOT cover deliberate damage.

The warranty does NOT cover related parts or any part not specifically listed on the original invoice.  

The warranty does NOT cover accident related damage that would, or should, be covered by insurance.

The warranty does NOT cover wear items that are not an actual failure.  Tires, brakes, joints, shocks, etc.

The warranty is NOT refundable after purchase.  Coverage starts immediately upon purchase. 

This is example would be applied to any tire, under warranty, that has less than 50% of original tread. 

Tire tread is 6/32nds at time of warranty

Tire originally had 16/32nds of tread (This equals 37.5% of original tread being left on the tire)

Original tire cost was $300.00

37.5% of the original cost would be issued, as a credit, toward the purchase of a new tire

The credit amount would be $112.50 (new tire must be purchased from, and installed by, Outlaw Offroad

Original cost of tire warranty was $30.00, which means a net credit to the customer of $82.50.
